As a participant in the Destinations for All World Summit 2014, Kéroul is pleased to invite you to take part in a free session on hospitality training and the provision of services to disabled persons and the elderly.
Accessibility to a tourist site does not mean simply removing physical barriers. Proper high quality hospitality plays a crucial role in the successful stay of a person with a motor, visual or hearing impairment. This training enables participants to acquire knowledge and develop skills that will be helpful to them in hosting this growing clientele that currently accounts for more than 15% of the population. To date, more over 25,000 people have taken the "Welcoming Ways" training!
Date: Sunday, October 19, 2014
Time: 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. (English) and 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. (French)
Place: Montreal's convention centre, Palais des congrès
This condensed, two-hour training session, valued at $100, is available at no cost to Summit delegates. Sign up for the training by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before October 12, 2014 and specify which session you would like to attend.
